The thirty-sixth edition of the Carthage Cinematographic Days will offer a close-up on Spanish cinema. Five new films will be on the program in this section.
- MORLAIX by Jaime Rosales. A film where silence becomes a language, revealing the invisible and the restlessness of everyday life.
- ROMERIA by Carla Simon. An intimate exploration of memory, roots and family ties.
- THE CASA by Alex Montoya. A work that questions what we keep, what we leave behind, and what the houses say about our lives.
- EL 47 by Marcel Barrena. A story where social reality imposes itself as living, urgent and profoundly human matter.
- SORDA by Eva Libertad. A film that shakes up our certainties and offers another way of “listening to the world”.
A dive into the richness, sensitivity and diversity of Spanish cinema. The JCC will take place from December 13 to 20.
