Globetrotters in Tunisia

Linda Goddard (Canada) and Peter Volny (Australia) are two globetrotters known in the international community. Over the years, they have crossed all the continents and made magic trips.

Thus, from New Zealand, they joined Antarctica on a Russian icebreaker for a four-week trip. Easter island, the Galápagos, or the steppes of Mongolia have no secrets for them. In the Arab world, they have a special admiration for the Jordanian site of Petra. In a word, their trips led them to the end of the world and all over the world.

These inveterate backpackers, currently in Tunisia, are absolutely enchanted by the beauties of our country where they had never set foot before. Publicist in retirement, Peter Volny thus compares Tunisia to a cradle of civilizations and dreams of a company of promotion of our country under the slogan “Come rock the Cradle” (Come rocker the cradle).

Both think that Tunisia would be a perfect destination for the baby boom generation and highlights the urgency of creating a marketing strategy for North America and Australia.

A sentence would respond insistently in the speech of these two globetrotters: “You are sitting on a gold mine and you seem to ignore it”. Succumbing to the charm of Tunisia, Goddard and Volny promise to be ambassadors engaged in the promotion of our country which conceals many cultural treasures.

In fact, the tourism of tomorrow cannot be satisfied with a seaside in the process of exhaustion. History, people and culture are the challenges of tourism of tomorrow. Word of globetrotters!
