This Sunday, June 1, 2025 The entry will be free in all museums, monuments and archaeological sites under the public domain in Tunisia, announced the agency for the development of heritage and cultural promotion (AMVPPC).
This initiative is part of a policy of democratization of access to culture. The principle of gratuitousness applies every first Sunday of the month, as well as during international heritage days: that of sites and monuments (April 18) and that of museums (May 18), without forgetting the official public holidays.
All Tunisians, as well as foreign residents in Tunisia, can benefit from this free presentation of their national identity card or their residence permit.
