The exhibition of photos “Sea of Sicily and Tunisia from one coast to another” will be inaugurated on September 12 in the premises of the old Sainte-Croix church in the Medina of Tunis. This exhibition of photographic stories brings together the works of ten artists on the two banks of the Mediterranean and will continue until September 21.
Supported by the City of Tunis and the Italian Cultural Institute, this exhibition was born out of the twinning between the Association Didon & Énée and I Color Della Vita.
The photographers who participate in this project are both Tunisian and Italian. Let us quote on the Tunisian side, Mona Fkih Khouaja, Skander Zarrad and Khadija Kaouther Khouini. On the Italian side, they are seven photographers to participate in this event: Paolo Rizzo, Tonino Corso, Simona de Togni, Maria Luisa Faraci, Matteo Garone, Arturo Safina and Franco Scalia.
Finally, note that this exhibition is expected to be presented soon in Trapani, Mazara del Vallo and also to Mahdia thanks to the synergy between the associations Didon & Énée and I Colori della Vita which work to develop cultural projects between the two banks of the Mediterranean.
