The European Cinema Days (JCE) start on November 19 in Tunis with the screening of the film “Danton” by A. Wajda. This Franco-Polish film will be screened at the Colisee de Tunis and will open a cycle which will continue until December 7.
Polish filmmaker A. Wajda will also be the subject of a particular tribute since several of his films will be presented. Let us quote for example the 2 classics that are “the iron man” and “the marble man”. Several European countries participate in these days whose program also includes several Tunisian films.
This edition of the JCE will also be welcomed by several Tunisian cities. Eight, these cities are Gabes, Gafsa, Sbeitla, Kairouan, Sousse, Monastir, Sfax and Tunis. In addition, the JCE will be the occasion for a series of meetings between Tunisian and European professionals in the field of cinema. Four conferences will be organized for this purpose.
Note in conclusion that the JCEs are an initiative of the delegation of the European Union in Tunisia associated for the occasion with several partners.
