The legendary scene of the Carthage International Festival is preparing to vibrate to the rhythm of the 59th edition, from July 19 to August 21, 2025. The festival management unveiled this Tuesday the complete programming of this major cultural event in Tunisia, which combines, as usual, international stars, essential Arabic figures and local talents in a series of evenings that promise to be unforgettable.
An opening under the sign of Tunisian creation
The inaugural evening of July 19 will be devoted to an original Tunisian work: “Men Ka3 El Khabia”, a creation of the musician and director Mohamed Guerfi. The show, rooted in the local musical heritage, promises to set the tone for an edition which gives a large place to the national scene.
On July 20, the Maestro Riadh Fehri returned with Red Carpet 2, a musical fusion at the crossroads, alongside Japanese Sayaka Katsuki, the Italian conductor Marcello Biondolillo and the guitarist Brenman Gilimore.
On July 22, the public will find Aziz Jebali, actor and humorist, with his performance Binomi S+1, mixing theater and social satire in an original approach.
Great Arab voices and international stars
The festival will host major figures of the Arab song. On July 25, the Tunisian diva Latifa Arfaoui will find her audience in Carthage.
On July 26, the Franco-Lebanese trumpeter Ibrahim Maalouf will present The Trumpets of Michel Ange, a daring and poetic musical project. On July 27, the Palestinian singer Mohamed Assaf, an icon of Arab youth, will invest the Roman amphitheater.
On July 30, the Syrian star Nassif Zeytoun will be there. On August 2, Nancy Ajram, one of the most popular artists in the Arab world, will ignite the scene. On August 9, the Lebanese Najwa Karam, accustomed to the festival, will find her Tunisian fans.
A French and Caribbean touch
On the French -speaking side, singer Hélène Ségara will perform on July 31, offering a moment of nostalgia to lovers of French variety. On August 3, Chantal Goya will take young and old “on the enchanted road”, a rare family show for this type of programming.
The Caribbean scene will be represented by Ky-Mani Marley, son of Bob Marley, who will defend his father’s reggae heritage on August 17.
Saint Levant confirmed despite the controversy
The artist of Palestinian origin Saint Levant, a rising figure of alternative and trilingual hip-hop (Arabic, English, French), will perform on August 5, despite the rumors of cancellation due to the temporary withdrawal of his poster. The festival management clarified that it was simply a visual change requested by the artist’s team.
A tribute to classical Arab music
On August 16, the Egyptian singer May Farouk will offer an evening in tribute to Oum Kalthoum, entitled Sahret Om Kalthoum, accompanied by a traditional orchestra.
Other evenings will honor the contemporary Tunisian scene: July 28, Sahra Tounsia will offer a 100% Tunisian evening. On August 1, the Night of the Chefs will bring together several Tunisian conductors. On August 9, Imagine, an orchestral creation by Mohamed Bouslama, will offer an immersive musical experience.
On August 11, a folk evening will revisit regional traditions. On August 13, Sufia Sadok will unveil its modern compositions between Pop and Soul Arab. On August 18, the artist Adam will close the contemporary scene before the final evening.
An apotheosis fence
The 59th edition of the Carthage Festival will end on August 21 with a concert by Ahlem, one of the most powerful voices in the Gulf, which promises a prestigious and festive fence.

Tickets will be available online and at the festival counters from the week of July 10. The prices vary according to the artists, with preferential rates for students and families.
