This new prize rewards a director for the sound excellence of his film ” because it enhances the artistic, semantic and narrative perception of the spectator“.

The creation of this prize is part of the process of valuation of the Son Place of Son led by the association “The week of Son”.

Kaouther Ben Hania and the price for the best sound creation
It’s the Tunisian film Beauty and pack From Kaouther Ben Hania who won this prize for best sound creation yesterday in his first edition.
Amine Bouhafa who composed the music of the film began to write music for cinema from the age of 15. He participated in several short and feature films, including Sugar dolls of anis lassoued and Cleared by Mohamed Zran. In 2014, he collaborated with Abderrahmane Sissako on the film Timbuktufor which he won the CESAR 2015 Prize for the best original music, the Fespaco Prize and the Grand Prix France Musique – Sacem of film music.
Still in 2015, Amine Bouhafa won a Tanit of Honor for her entire career at the Carthage Cinematographic Days.
