The Cannes Film Festival has just unveiled the poster of the 74th edition which will be held exceptionally From July 5 to 17, 2021while it was initially scheduled from 11 to 22 May 2021.
It is the face of the actor and American director Spike Lee, president of the jury of this edition which was chosen to appear on this CANNES 2021 poster, because…

Spike Lee had received the Jury Grand Prix for Blackkklansman: I infiltrated the Ku Klux Klan During the 2018 Cannes Film Festival. It was planned to chant the jury of The 73rd edition which was to be held in May 2020 and which had been canceled because of the Pandemic of COVID 19.
It is a photograph of Bob Peterson for Nike which served as a basis at this Cannes 2021 poster, in which the graphic designer joined the palm trees of the Croisette and replaced the “Brooklyn” screen printing under the visor by the Palme d’Or.
