After a first striking edition in 2021, the Tunisian charitable mutual aid company (SFEB) organized, in partnership with Ennakl Automobiles and Totalenergies Marketing Tunisie, season 2 of the Biennale under the theme “Pop Art 2024”. An artistic event, organized from November 30 to December 8 at the Golden Carthage Hotel in Gammarth for the benefit of its charities.
It is under the artistic direction of Nadia Zouari, visual artist and art critic based in Paris, that this biennial brought together 50 mainly renowned Tunisian artists, who present 140 selected pop’art works.
This season 2 as the first season focused on the idea of federating the artists around a theme. In partnership with partners who have put the package, the objective is to sell the most works and help the SFEB.
During season 1, 50 artists had exhibited 140 works with more than a hundred sold. For season 2 the goal is the same to know how to sell a hundred works. The opening of the exhibition took place on November 29 in the presence in particular of the French ambassador to Tunisia, Anne Guéguen, the president of the SFEB, Michel Delattre, the director general of Ennakl Automobiles, Anouar Ben Ammar, and the Director General of Totalenergies Marketing, Mootez Nazzal.
As such, Ennakl Automobiles and Totalenergies Marketing, have stood out as committed and major partners of the Biennale by reaffirming their commitment to social and cultural development in Tunisia and by permanently engaging in terms of social and environmental responsibility.
During this common CSR approach, the two partners demonstrated concrete support for this major artistic event, in particular through the support of young talents from the School of Fine Arts. This partners has enabled these students to present their works to the public, stressing the importance of enhancing and supporting the new generation of Tunisian artists.
Associated with the SFEB, these two actors undertake to amplify the impact of the biennial by promoting a widened access to culture, by involving local communities and by supporting an inclusive and responsible approach.
Ennakl Automobiles and Totalenergies Marketing thus affirm their common desire to promote meaningful initiatives. Note that for Ennakl Automobiles, this is the first partnership with the SFEB after several commitments made in CSR.
