A light show is organized this evening at the Zitouna mosque in Tunis the opportunity for the celebration of Laylat al-Qadr (the night of fate).
Hold under the patronage of Nejla Bouden, head of government, this event is part of the celebration of the 32nd session of the heritage month.
A show that will be followed by that of “El Hadhra” by Sami Al-Lajmi, organized in place of Kasbah from 9:00 p.m.
In the same context, the Ministry of Cultural Affairs organizes a certain number of events distributed in internal and external spaces of the old town.
The Tunis International Center for the Digital Cultural Economy, in cooperation with the National Heritage Institute, organizes the “Biban Lemdina” event (the doors of the medina) which offers its visitors a trip between the past and the present thanks to new digital technologies.
This event will take place from April 14 to 18, 2023, from 11:00 p.m. to an hour after midnight.
The program aims to present and enhance the historical heritage in a contemporary way thanks to the use of modern and advanced technologies with an innovative approach and modern artistic methods and formulations.
Among the proposed heritage the sanctuary of the scientist Abdullah Turjuman, passing by the unknown soldier, Bab Mnara, Place du Palais, to the National Institute of Heritage Dar Hussein.
