Tunisie Telecom organized, for the first time, the TT Family Day, an exceptional day dedicated to its employees and their children.

This event, held at the operator’s new headquarters, offered families a special moment of discovery, relaxation and bonding. Part of an approach aimed at strengthening well-being at work, internal cohesion and the social climate, this Family Day made it possible to create a real bridge between professional life and family life, in a warm, fun and caring environment.

A rich and intergenerational program The day was punctuated by a varied program combining innovation, creativity and entertainment. A retro-gaming area has brought together several emblematic consoles from the 90s and 2000s – Nintendo, Wii, PlayStation 1 and Atari – offering children an original experience and parents a pleasant return to childhood, conducive to intergenerational exchanges.

Creative and artistic workshops were also offered, including creative coloring sessions, jewelry making and puppet making workshops stimulated imagination, developed fine motor skills and encouraged children’s artistic expression. Families attended a magic show, followed by musical entertainment dedicated to children. An educational and awareness-raising component also enriched the program, with a space tackling environmental issues in a fun way.

To end the day, a family karaoke session brought together children and parents in a joyful and friendly atmosphere. A unifying initiative serving the social climate Beyond the festive aspect, this first TT Family Day was a highlight for Tunisie Telecom employees. It encouraged informal exchanges, strengthened the feeling of belonging and consolidated human ties within the company. Through this initiative, Tunisie Telecom once again reaffirms its commitment to the well-being of its teams, the strengthening of internal cohesion and the promotion of a healthy and motivating social climate, favorable to improving collective performance.
