Unstable weather conditions will mark the day this Saturday, with rain at times stormy in the North-East and partly cloudy weather elsewhere. Sustained wind gusts and rough seas are also forecast, according to data from the National Institute of Meteorology.
The weather will be dominated by sometimes dense cloud cover, accompanied by temporarily stormy precipitation over the northeast of the country. This rain could reach locally significant intensities, with a limited risk of hail falling in certain areas.
In the rest of the regions, the sky will remain partly cloudy, with the exception of isolated showers.
A strong wind near the coast
The wind will blow from the north sector to the north over the North and Center, and from the west sector to the South. It will be relatively strong to locally strong in coastal areas, while it will remain weak to moderate in the interior of the country.
During stormy periods, temporary gusts exceeding 60 km/h are expected, calling for vigilance.
Noticeable drop in temperatures
Conditions at sea are expected to be difficult, with rough to locally very rough seas along the eastern coasts, particularly during windy periods.
Maximum temperatures will show a distinct coolness. They will oscillate between 7 and 12 degrees in the North-West and Center regions, and between 13 and 17 degrees in the rest of the territory.
