CAN 2025: the probable composition of Tunisia against Nigeria

The Tunisian selection should field a stable and balanced eleven against Nigeria, Saturday evening in Fez, for the second day of Group C of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. A choice marked by continuity and experience, with the objective of continuing and securing early qualification.

Tunisia is preparing to play a key match in its group stage against Nigeria, in a high-stakes meeting scheduled at the Fez stadium from 9:00 p.m. After a convincing start, the national coach should renew a familiar framework, mixing experienced executives and dynamic offensive profiles.

A renewed defense around Dahmène

In goal, Aymen Dahmène would hold his place, protected by a defensive line made up of Ali Abdi, Montassar Talbi, Dylan Bronn and Yan Valery, a quartet called upon to contain the Nigerian offensive power.

The midfield would be entrusted to a complementary trio formed by Ellyes Skhiri, Ferjani Sassi and Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane, responsible for ensuring the balance between recovery, projection and tempo management.

Creativity and percussion in the offensive sector

In front of them, creativity and percussion would rest on Hannibal Mejbri and Elias Achouri, supporting striker Hazem Mastouri, tipped to lead the offensive line.

This probable composition reflects the desire of the technical staff to rely on a coherent base, capable of controlling the game while responding to the announced physical intensity of the Super Eagles. A victory would place the Carthage Eagles in an ideal position for qualification to the second round.

Probable composition of Tunisia:

Aymen Dahmène – Ali Abdi, Montassar Talbi, Dylan Bronn, Yan Valery – Ellyes Skhiri, Ferjani Sassi, Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane – Hannibal Mejbri, Elias Achouri – Hazem Mastouri
