During this field visit, the minister insisted on the need to establish a precise timetable for the completion of repair work on heavy equipment, accompanied by a rigorous estimate of the maintenance budget. He also called for the rehabilitation of this equipment and their return to operation as soon as possible, and in an optimal manner, in order to contribute to the improvement of the state of the railway network and the realization of projects planned in the sector.
Implementation of investment projects
Rachid Amri stressed that upgrading equipment constitutes an essential lever for strengthening the performance of rail transport and improving the quality of services offered to users, both in terms of passenger and freight transport.
