The National Institute of Meteorology (INM) announces scattered and stormy precipitation, sometimes heavy, in several regions of northern and central Tunisia. The wind will blow strong and hail is possible.
From this afternoon and overnight, scattered and temporarily thundery rains will affect the north and parts of the center. The most affected areas will be Nabeul, Sousse, Monastir, Zaghouan, Greater Tunis and Bizerte.
Precipitation intensity and associated phenomena
Rainfall amounts will generally vary between 30 and 50 mm and could locally reach 80 mm. Thunderstorms will be accompanied by strong gusts of wind and possible hail.
On Saturday, December 27, the weather will remain unstable with precipitation, particularly stormy in the eastern, northern and central regions, particularly on the Cap Bon peninsula.
