The UNESCO heritage committee is scheduled to meet on December 10 in New Delhi, India. Several new UNESCO World Heritage listings should be made on this occasion.
However, Sidi Bou Said will have to wait until June 2026 for the file to be studied and probably adopted.
Despite the “urgent” approach of the Tunisian authorities, the Sidi Bou Said file will have to wait a little longer. But it’s on the right track!
