Ooredoo Tunisia won First Prize at the 12th edition of the HR Awards Tunisia, a distinction which recognizes its human resources transformation strategy based on digitalization and the responsible use of artificial intelligence. The prize was awarded at the end of an event bringing together business leaders, HR experts and institutional players.

The 12th edition of the HR Awards Tunisia was organized by the Association of Training and Human Management Managers in Companies (ARFORGHE), in partnership with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS). The event brought together a wide panel of economic decision-makers, HR managers and experts, in a context marked by profound changes in the human resources function.
Placed under the theme “Digitalization and AI in the service of human capital”, this edition highlighted new HR practices in the era of emerging technologies.

The jury rewarded Ooredoo Tunisia for its strategic vision of human resources, based on the intelligent integration of digital tools and artificial intelligence. This approach aims to optimize internal processes, strengthen fairness, improve the employee experience and allow HR teams to focus on missions with high human value.
