The day promises to be cool and humid, marked by cloudy periods and sometimes intense rain in the north of the country. The INM also warns of strong winds and rough seas, particularly off the Tunisian coast.
The National Institute of Meteorology predicts dense cloud cover, accompanied by scattered rain in the north and, at times, in the center. The northern coastal regions will be exposed to temporary thunderstorms, sometimes intense, with a risk of hail.
Drop in temperatures and cold air
The maximums will drop slightly, oscillating between 13 and 18°C in most regions, and dropping to 11°C in the heights where the feeling of cold will be more marked.
The wind will blow from the northwest sector, relatively strong to locally strong near the coasts, on the heights and to the south. During storm cells, gusts could exceed 70 km/h.
The sea will be rough in the north and rough to very rough elsewhere, making navigation tricky.
