Italian star of the culinary world, Sofia Fabiani is in Tunisia for the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.
With a Tunisian mother, Sofia Fabia discovered her Bardolese roots and participated in several events organized by the Italian embassy in Tunisia.
Sofia Fabiani also led an Italian pastry master class for students from the Higher Institute of Tourism and Hotel Studies in Sidi-Dhrif.
This workshop allowed us to mix Italian crostata and Tunisian samsa in a festive and fun atmosphere.
