The Ministry of Equipment and Housing has announced the provision of a QR Code allowing employees to access, via their mobile phone, the updated list of housing and serviced lots offered for sale by the Housing Promotion Fund for Employees (FOPROLOS).
This system aims to facilitate digital access to information and bring services closer to the public.
A digital tool for more transparency
By scanning the QR Code or visiting the ministry website (www.mehat.gov.tn) users can consult:
- Real estate projects approved by the real estate development consultative commission;
- Sales prices and contact details of promoters;
- The exact locations of housing and building land.
The ministry specifies that this list is updated regularly according to sales and the decisions of the competent committees.
Who can benefit from the FOPROLOS program?
FOPROLOS supports employees in the acquisition of real estate for residential use. Beneficiaries are classified according to their gross monthly income, all premiums included:
- FOPROLOS 1: from 564 to 1,411 dinars (between 1 and 2.5 SMIG)
- FOPROLOS 2: from 1,411 to 1,975 dinars (2.5 to 3.5 SMIG)
- FOPROLOS 3: from 1,975 to 2,539 dinars (3.5 to 4.5 SMIG)
- FOPROLOS 4: from 2,539 to 3,386 dinars (4.5 to 6 SMIG)
This system is part of the ministry’s strategy aimed at digitizing public services and simplifying procedures for access to social housing for workers.
