The Prosecutor’s Office Ben Arous’s first instance court authorized the Drug Control Sub-Direction of the National Guard to Ben Arous to open an investigation following the discovery of a large cargo of narcotics in a container at the port of Radès, reports Mosaique FM.
According to initial information, and on the basis of prior information, a container landed from a ship from a European country was subject to in -depth excavation. The cargo was intended for a private company specializing in the sale and distribution of household appliances.
During the meticulous inspection, the agents got their hands on a massive amount of drugs, carefully hidden between imported devices and kitchen utensils. The weight of the entered goods is in several hundred kilograms.
The Ben Arous National Guard’s Drug Control Sub-Direction was responsible for conducting the necessary investigations in order to identify the parties involved in this traffic attempt.
