World Volleyball 2025: Tunisia dominates Egypt and spins in eighth

In the Philippines, the Tunisian volleyball selection qualified Thursday for the round of 16 of the World Cup after a clear victory against Egypt (3-0). Already victorious by the Philippines at the opening, Tunisia finished at the top of group A.

Tunisia signed a convincing success against its Egyptian neighbor (25-19, 25-18, 25-22), Thursday, September 18, during the 3ᵉ and last day of group A. Thanks to this second success in three games, the Six National validates its ticket for the knockout stages, pending the result of the Philippine meeting-Iran, decisive for second qualifying place.

After a solid course in a hen, marked by an entry victory against the Philippines (3-0) then a defeat against Iran (1-3), the Tunisians confirm their status as regional favorites. With 6 points in three matches, they continue the world adventure with confidence.
