The prosecution near the Kairouan court of first instance authorized the transfer of the remains of the “Sahtout” diviner to the legal medicine service of the aghaliba unit at the Ibn El Jazzar university hospital, and ordered the opening of an investigation to determine the exact causes of the death.
The soothsayer “Sahtout” died on the night of Monday to Tuesday in the Bouhajla region, after having mistakenly ingested a pesticide, knowing that he was non-vowing, report several local media sources.
The victim was transported to the local hospital, where she returned the soul. He lived in the locality of Trarad, delegation of Bouhajla (governorate of Kairouan), was known as “Sahtout” and exercised as a diviner.
