Tunisia – Weather: up to 42 ° C this Monday!

The National Institute of Meteorology announces for this Monday a time marked by cloudy passages throughout the country, with a risk of storms located on the reliefs of the North and the Center. The temperatures are increasing, while the wind will strengthen in the afternoon, especially in the south and on the heights.

The morning will be characterized by a little cloudy sky in all regions. Gradually, the clouds will thicken on the mountainous areas of the West, where isolated thunderstorms accompanied by scattered showers are expected.

Maximum temperatures will be sharply increasing. They will oscillate between 33 and 37 ° C on the coasts of the Gulfs of Hammamet and Gabès as well as in mountainous areas. In the rest of the country, the values ​​will reach 37 to 42 ° C, with the influence of the Sirocco in places.
