Today, Friday April 4, 2025, marks the deadline for membership of social amnesty measures intended for affiliates of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS). This deadline was extended from the date initially set for March 31, 2025, due to its coincidence with the Eid El-Fitr holidays.

This social amnesty concerns the debtors of the CNSS liable for late penalties, provided that they pay the entire main amount of their debt as well as prosecution costs, either in a single payment, or by monthly payments according to a payment calendar concluded with the fund, before April 4.

Employees of the agricultural and non -agricultural sectors can benefit from a total and automatic exemption from late penalties, provided that the main amount of debt and prosecution fees are set, according to a maximum payment plan of 36 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement with the CNSS.

They also have the possibility of benefiting from an automatic reduction of 75 % of late penalties, subject to the full payment of the main amount and prosecution costs, with a payment schedule lasting 48 months.

An automatic reduction of 50 % of late penalties is also possible, provided that the main amount of the debt is set, according to a maximum duration of payment calendar of 60 months.

As for debtors relating to the social security schemes for self -employed workers, in the agricultural and non -agricultural sectors, they can benefit from a total and automatic exemption from late penalties, provided they pay the entire main amount of debt and prosecution costs, according to a maximum payment plan of 60 months. However, the amount of each monthly payment should not be lower than that of the monthly contributions due.
