The President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, chaired in the morning of Friday, April 4, 2025, at the Palais de Carthage, a Council of Ministers devoted to the examination of several projects of laws and decrees.
Among the most important texts debated during this meeting are a draft decree setting the administrative and financial organization of the Higher Education and Education Council, as well as another draft decree relating to the organization and functioning of local, regional and district councils.
The Council also discussed a draft decree determining the amount of the monthly allowances granted to the members of these bodies and the conditions for their granting.
Kaïs Saïed has reaffirmed that this new institutional architecture is fully in line with the revolutionary process initiated by the Tunisian people. According to him, the country resolutely advances towards the achievement of the objectives of the Revolution, despite the attempts to destabilize those who still feed the nostalgia for the past.
Beyond these texts, several files related to the functioning of public services have also been discussed. The President of the Republic insisted on the need to anticipate and project himself in all areas to block the road to those who seek to create artificial crises.
