On Saturday April 19, the municipality of Tunis announced that it has demolished an old building that threatened to collapse, located in Al-Pacha Street, in Bab Souika.
According to a press release from the municipality of Tunis, this initiative was launched under the aegis of the secretary general responsible for the management of the municipality of Tunis, in collaboration with the municipal environmental services agency, the association for the preservation of the Medina of Tunis, and the Directorate of Municipal Buildings.
The operation has targeted a dilapidated building threatening to collapse, located on Al-Pacha Street, in the Bab Souika district. Using a Poclain demolition machine, the intervention was carried out with a meticulous technical approach, thus ensuring the maximum security of the inhabitants and passers -by.
The operation was carried out with the presence of the regional and local authorities, who ensured that all the security conditions were met throughout the procedure.
