The Correctional Chamber of the Tunis Court of First Instance sentenced a judge revoked to three years in prison, in the context of five cases brought against him for damage to others via social networks.
The investigating judge at the same court had seized the file in 2023, after the filing of several complaints targeting the deposed magistrate, accused of having made defamatory and insulting remarks on the web, in particular via social networks, against third parties.
The judge was referred to freedom before the correctional chamber, which ruled six months in prison per case, a total cumulative total of detention, reports this Wednesday, April 30, 2025, the Mosaique FM radio.
