The Ministry of Communication Technologies is preparing to launch, during the first week of May 2025, a unified portal of administrative services, aimed at centralizing the electronic addresses of public structures.
The announcement was made Wednesday by Minister Sofiene Hemissi, when the 9th edition of the Tunisia Digital Summit (TDS), held on April 29 and 30 in Tunis on Wanning on April 29 and 30.
This new portal, accessible via service.gov.tn, aims to end the current dispersion of administrative platforms and to bring together in a single space all the services offered by public institutions. An advance supposed to simplify the steps for citizens and strengthen administrative transparency.
Speaking on the theme of the 2025 edition of the TDS, “Digitalization and social role of the State: building inclusive public services”, Hemissi detailed the priority axes of the national digital strategy.
According to him, this is based on three pillars: social inclusion, fair economic development, and improving the efficiency and transparency of the Tunisian administration.
