As part of its policy of social responsibility, Qnb Tunisia provides concrete support to two major hospital establishments in Tunis: the Aziza Othmana hospital and the Béchir Hamza children’s hospital. Objective: to improve the conditions of reception and care within structures faced with a lack of essential equipment.

In partnership with the Carthage Horizon association and in coordination with the Ministry of Health, the Bank participated in the development and equipment of several hospital services. At Aziza Othmana Hospital, QNB has the hematology service with new medical equipment. As for the Béchir Hamza hospital, the bank has contributed to the rehabilitation of spaces for mothers and children hospitalized in the pediatric service.

The new developments were inaugurated on May 5, 2025, in the presence of the Minister of Health, Dr Mustafa Al-Ferjani. The latter praised the involvement of the private sector and civil society, highlighting the positive impact of these partnerships on the quality of care provided to patients.

Present in 11 governorates, Qnb Tunisia has 25 agencies, two of which dedicated to premium customers in Tunis and Sousse, as well as three business centers for companies and a exchange office at Tunis-Carthage airport.
