Ceremonies were organized, Tuesday, July 29, at the central and regional level to salute the integration of the ex-agents of the dissolved company “El Itissalia” within Tunisie Telecom.
Tunisie Telecom organized, Tuesday, July 29, 2025, reception ceremonies at the national and regional scale in honor of the former agents of the subcontracting company “El Itissalia”, recently dissolved. The latter were officially integrated into the services of the public operator in July 2025.
This integration marks the end of a phase of uncertainty for dozens of employees who have worked for years under precarious status.
The CEO of Tunisie Telecom, Lassaâd Ben Dhiab, delivered a welcome speech to the new integrated agents, expressing his warm gratitude and recalling that they are now fully part of a historic national company, strong of his past, his present and his future.
He called them to adopt the values of the company, to show professionalism and responsibility, in order to actively contribute to the development of the services of Tunisie Telecom.
The national operator began to pay the wages of these agents from July 17, 2025, after having assured those of June in coordination with their former company, before its dissolution. This transition therefore took place in a structured and progressive framework, guaranteeing the continuity of the rights of employees.
