Two official decrees published this Monday, August 11, 2025 in the Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic announce the end of the responsibilities of Hayet Ben Ismail M’Salmi within the Ministry of Social Affairs.
The first text, dated August 8, 2025 and referenced under number 2025-394, puts an end to its role as president of the General Committee for Labor Inspection and the Administration of Conflicts du Travail. The second decree, n ° 2025-395, published on the same date, also withdraws his position as project manager from the office of the Minister of Social Affairs.
This decision, made public by the ministry, marks the cessation of the functions of the Inspector General of Labor, who occupied these two key positions within the institution.
