In a press statement at the end of this meeting, the Moroccan Minister of Economy, Finance and Reform of the Administration, announced major measures to compensate people and companies impacted by the situation of propagation of the coronavirus.
With regard to employees, they will benefit from a lump sum monthly compensation of 2,000 net dirhams, the equivalent of 200 euros, family allowances and compulsory health insurance services, he noted, adding that this support will be provided by the Special Fund for the Management of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
These employees will also be able to benefit from the postponement of the reimbursement of bank loans deadlines, namely consumer credit and buyer credit, until June 30, he said.
