The Tunisian Ons Jabeur (4th in the world) qualified for the semi-finals of the WTA 500 Berlin tournament by beating on Friday in the quarter-final, the Belarusian Aliaksandra Sasnovich (38th) 6-7, 6-2, 6-2.
During the first two laps, Jabeur, seeded N.1, won against the Czech Karolina Muchova (81st in the world), 6-3, 6-3 then in front of the American Alicia Parcks (169th) 7-6, 6-2.
In the next round, Jabeur will face the American Cori Gauff (13th in the world) who has dismissed, the Czech Karolina Pliskova 7-5, 6-4.
