Addressing his people, the French president Emmanuel Macron announced a reconfines, the second after that of last spring.
This confinement will start on the night of Thursday to Friday and will remain in force until December 1.
“After consulting the scientists, after having exchanged with our European partners, I decided that it was necessary to find from Friday the containment which stopped the virus,” said the president, assuring that this measure will be more flexible than his previous one.
“Crèches, schools, colleges and high schools will therefore remain open with reinforced health protocols. The higher education faculties and institutions will provide online courses ”.
