Arsène Wenger, director of world football development within FIFA, said Tunisia has progressed a lot in particular on the physical level.
During a meeting with Wadi Jari, president of the Tunisian Football Federation, before the Tunisia match against Brazil, in Paris, Arsène Wenger was very optimistic.
“On what I saw at Arab Cup is that Tunisia has made a lot of progress in its physical density and in its ability to develop football capable of fighting with the best on the physical level,” he said.
“Technically, Tunisia has traditionally been very good, I am curious to see what will happen with Brazil in terms of the domination of the game, that will give us an idea of what it is capable of France or Denmark during the World Cup,” he said.
After Tunisia-Brazil (1-5) does the former Arsenal manager still have the same opinion?
