The National Aviron team achieved a very good performance last week (October 14-16), at the Beach Aviron world championships in Saudersfoot (Wales country) by winning four medals including two in gold and qualifying two boats for the next world beach games which will take place in August 2023 in Bali (Indonesia).
The Tunisian participation in the world championships in Beach Aviron that ended yesterday, gave rise to the following results:
Hela Belhaj Mohamed in solo junior girls wins the gold medal
Mohamed Rayen Hafsa in solo juniors boys wins the gold medal
Mohamed Taieb Solo Seniors Boys wins the silver medal
Hela Belhaj Mohamed and Mohamed Rayen Hafsa in mixed double juniors win the bronze medal
Two skilled boats for the Bali 2023 world beach games:
Solo Mohamed Taieb
Mixed Doule Mohamed Taieb and Khadija Krimi 6th in the world.
Recall that Tunisia had previously won a gold medal and two bronze medals in the final of the World Rowing Beach Sprint 2021 in Portugal.
