Tunisia, China and Norway called on Thursday to hold a meeting open to the Security Council to debate the latest developments in the occupied territories.
In a declaration Friday at the TAP agency, Walid Hajjem attached to the diplomatic department to the Presidency of the Republic explained that this new request benefits from the support of France, Ireland, Estonia, Vietnam Saint-Vincent-et-les Grenadines and the United Kingdom.
The meeting is expected to be held next Sunday. This request comes after six days of armed confrontations between the Palestinian resistance and the Israeli occupation.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health has announced that the member of the victims amounted to 109, including 28 children and 15 women.
