French Prime Minister Jean Castex announced a reduction in health restrictions in France following a clear improvement in the epidemiological situation.
Speaking after the Council of Ministers and the Health Defense Council, he announced, the lifting of certain restrictions in Paris and in the rest of the country.
These include the end of the port of the compulsory mask outside from Thursday, June 17, 2021 and the curfew this Sunday.
“However, the mask remains compulsory outdoors when you get together, in a crowded place, in the queues, in the markets or in a stadium,” he said.
“The curfew at 11 pm, which was to apply until June 30 will stop applying this Sunday, June 20, 10 days before the scheduled date,” he added
