Italy has announced that wearing the exterior mask will no longer be compulsory from Monday, June 28.
“From June 28, we put an end to the obligation to carry the mask outside,” confirms on his Facebook account the Italian Minister of Health Roberto Speranza, ensuring that from this date the whole country will be classified as “white zone”.
The vaccination process is also fast advancing: out of 60 million inhabitants, more than 46 million have already received at least one dose of anti-Cavid vaccine in Italy.
Italy was, it should be remembered, one of the European countries most affected by the pandemic, with 127,291 dead and 4.25 million contaminated people.
