The Lebanese movement Hezbollah said this Friday, August 6, having drawn dozens of roquettes on territories in the contested region of the Golan Plateau occupied by Israel since 1967, in response to Israeli air strikes in southern Lebanon.
“At 11:15 am Friday, the martyr groups Ali Kamel Mohsen and the martyr Mohammad Kassem Tahan of the Islamic Revolution bombed in the field in the vicinity of the Israeli occupation in the Chebaa farms sector with dozens of 122 mm caliber bus,” said the Shiite party.
In response, the Israeli army said this Friday on Friday carrying out strikes on Lebanon. “The Israeli army is hitting the launch sources (rockets) in Lebanon,” an Israeli military statement said.
