Indeed, in anticipation of this long -awaited meeting, the Paris police headquarters communicated its police system to avoid overflows. To ensure security during this evening, 5000 police officers will be deployed in Ile-de-France, including 2200 just in the capital.
The eyes will be turned to the Champs-Élysées, a traditional gathering location to celebrate the victories. “Many police officers in clothes will be mobilized on the avenue and on the surrounding axes to prevent dangerous behavior, acts of vandalism and attacks,” explains the Paris police headquarters, quoted by BFM TV.
In addition, the device will be extended throughout Ile-de-France to prevent all kinds of overflows.
