While war continues to rage in Ukraine and at a time when Russian-Ukrainian talks on the Belarusian border are announced, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged the European Union (EU) to integrate its “without delay” country on Monday, February 28.
“We are addressing the EU with regard to Ukraine’s without delay by a new special procedure,” said the Ukrainian president in a new video, adding: “I’m sure it’s right. I am sure it is possible ”.
