Her name is Marina Ovsyannikova and is the editor -in -chief of the Russian public channel Channel One.

Last night, during the 9:00 p.m. news, she burst out in front of the camera, during the broadcast of the television news and interrupted her, shouting “Stop war!” “And brandishing a sign saying:” In recent years, I have worked for this first channel. I spread the propaganda of the Kremlin and I am ashamed. Do not believe propaganda. Here we are lying to you ”.

Marina OVSYANNIKOVA was immediately arrested. At present, her lawyers still cannot find her. Before her time on TV, she had recorded a video message where she explains that her father is Ukrainian and her Russian mother and in which she justifies her gesture to protest against the war in Ukraine.
