The Tunis Grand Prix of Para-Athletics started yesterday, Monday, February 6, 2023 on Monday, 2023 and on the occasion of the 1st day the Tunisian Handisport selection won eight medals, three of which are in gold.
The three gold medals were won by Faouzi Rzig (Javelin, F34), Yassine Guennichi (Weight, F36) and Walid Ktila (100 m Chairs, F34).
Yosra Ben Jemaa (Javelin, F34) and Mohamed Nidhal Khelifi (100 m, T53), won the money while Mohamed Trabelsi (Javelot, F34), Ahmed Ben Moslah (Weight, F37) and Malek Inghazo (100m, T37) have won the bronze.
After this first day of competition which took place at the Radès athletics stadium and which will continue until Wednesday, it is Iraq which occupies the head of the ranking with 4 gold medals, 2 silver and 1 bronze, followed by Tunisia and Uzbekistan (2 gold, 2 money).
