At the dawn of this Wednesday, May 11, 2022, the Palestinian journalist and correspondent of Al-Jazeera, Cherine Abu Akla, fell into a martyr, following fire by the Army of the Israeli occupation.
According to images broadcast by the Al-Jazeera channel, the journalist wore the press uniform at the time of the Israeli attack in the Jenine camp.
It was the Palestinian Ministry of Health that announced its death a few moments later. The journalist was targeted at the head.
Al-Jazeera claims in this sense that the occupation forces have shot real bullets towards demonstrators and journalists.
