By qualifying for the semi-finals of the WTA 500 of Doha, the American Jessica Pegula has climbed in 3rd place and now reaches 5,130 points (+130). A total sufficient to dislodge Ons Jabeur (5111 points) which is demolished in 4th place.
The Tunisian can even consider herself happy since the Frenchwoman, Caroline Garcia (5th with 4835 points) has been eliminated in the quarter -finals in Doha and will therefore not be able to catch her.
