The Tunisian Rugby Women’s Selection in VII has retained its title of Arab champion after its victory against its emirati counterpart (24-5), in the final disputed yesterday in Al Ain, at the Emirates.
During this 3rd edition of the Arab Championship, the Tunisian women won all their matches against Jordan (31-0), Libya (45-0), the Arab Emirates (19-0), Egypt (31-5) and Syria (45-0) before winning in the final in front of the organizing country (24-5).
Among men, the male Tunisian selection obtained second place after its defeat in the final in front of the United Arab Emirates (5-15).
