Tunisian Soumaya Bousaïd won the gold medal for the 10 km ladies event during the Masters World Championships in the 2023 indoor athletics organized in Torun, Poland.
Soumaya Bousaïd achieved a time of 35 min 31 sec for a while to cover this distance, thus winning the gold medal.
It is his second medal during this game after his bronze medal in the 3000 m steeplechase.
Tunisia now has four medals, two won by Soumaya Bousaïd and two others by Nada Chroudi, one in gold at the weight throw and one silver in long jump.
