Vladimir Putin, representatives of the occupied regions of Ukraine and the leaders of the local separatist republics will ratify these territories on Friday to Russia on Friday at the Kremlin.
The Russian president will give a speech after the ceremony, from 1 p.m. (Tunisian hour)
Vladimir Putin and the representatives of the separatist republics of Donetsk and Lougansk as well as those of the Ukrainian areas occupied in Kherson and Zaporijia will ratify the Kremlin the annexation treaties of these territories to Russia. This ceremony succeeds the pseudo-referendums played in advance whose results proclaimed on Tuesday allowed the puppet leaders of these regions to request their attachment to Russia.
If the international community will not recognize any of these attaches, Vladimir Putin will still take advantage of it to give a speech after the exchange of signatures.
A victory speech?
It was the Kremlin spokesperson who formalized the news this Thursday. “Vladimir Putin will give a great speech” at the annexation ratification ceremony, said Dmitri Peskov.
According to our information, the president of the Russian federation will be addressed to the nation in the middle of the 1250m² of the Saint-Georges hall, under the gold of the Kremlin and under chandeliers of 1300 kilos.
Apart from this solemnity, Vladimir Putin will pursue an objective as concrete as it is cynical: to transform a disaster into success, and not to lose face while his army is in the middle of the doldrums.
“It is a way for Russia to change the nature of the conflict: we forget the special operation which was an external operation, there, we go to the defense of the fatherland. (…) We reject the borders of the fatherland so now everything that is happening in these occupied Ukrainian areas becomes the affair of the Russian nation and justifies mobilizing all the forces of the Russian nation, ”analyzed the officer.
Take out the “nuclear umbrella”
Justify the merits of the war in itself, and justify a “partial mobilization” which has been seriously patina since it was decreed last Wednesday, between massive exdes, hostile events and failed in recruitment. A double benefit for Vladimir Putin who should try to push his advantage further.
Vladimir Putin also warned that he reserved the right to use “all weapons” at his disposal – therefore not excluding a nuclear strike – if “vital interests” and Russian territory were in danger. Suffice to say that an attempt by Ukraine to regain its lands, in Lougansk, Donetsk, Kherson or Zaporijia would fully enter this fallacious definition.
“If these four regions become Russian, they will enter the cover of the protection of Russian, nuclear but many others, thermobaric bombs, etc.”, supported Colonel Peer de Jong, vice-president of the Themii Institute, and former colonel of naval troops.
These annexations even take on personal triumph for the Russian president whose political journey they tend to crown. “Vladimir Putin has always wanted ‘great Russia’. It turns out that it will be enlarged tomorrow, several thousand square kilometers, ”noticed Patrick Sauce.
